Santino Rice is one of PROJECT RUNWAY's (Season 2) runner-ups. It's really easy to hate his sinister quips and tackless remarks. Still, he's quite hilarious, screaming I WANT YOUR SOUL while working on his designs, impersonating Tim Gunn irreverently (as if Tim wouldn't find out). Lots of people find him weird, pero sino ba'ng hindi?
